I found a wine at a specific year that I couldn’t find anywhere else and saw on their website, so I called in to check if the stock they had was the same showing on their website. Flaminia was very friendly and polite and also very knowledgable. She was able to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for and got back to me very quickly through email.
