Zymè Syrah 2016
The label is a complex subject open to multiple interpretations, just like the Syrah grape variety. Woman, warrior and vine grower at the same time who knows how to be as passionate as her heart and as her colour. These are the roots of this wine.

Colour

Deep red tending to garnet with ageing.

Bouquet

Intense bouquet of pepper and chocolate, blueberries and berries, currants, and tobacco, with a finish of liquorice, rhubarb and coconut.

Flavour

Warm, enveloping, sumptuous, tannic and full-bodied. Ample, dense, and voluminous with fine tannins and a final flavour of plum, cherry, chocolate and mint.

Pairing

Important dishes, grilled red meats, game, lamb and aged cheeses, sheep's milk cheeses and spicy cheeses. Cold cuts and, in particular, capocollo and coppa.
