Teroldego Rotaliano or "Tirolo Gold" by a probable interpretation of the "Tiroler Gold" idiom The Austrian rulers, during their regency in Trentino, considered this excellent wine both for its intense and deep color, scented with raspberry and blackberry for the full-bodied flavor, which is justly acid-free and tannin-free: Tyrolean gold.

Soil composition	Alluvial, gravelly, formerly alveo ground and its impingement of the Noce stream, made up of pebbles, called "robi stones", covered by a superficial plant floor layer.
Cultivation system	Thirty-two pergola concatenated with plant floor equal to m. 5.00x 0.60.
No. plants per hectare	3.100 - Three garments for vineyard with a total load of 30 gems.
Vinification	Grapes harvested by hand arrive in the cellar where it is pressed; is pumped into the vats to carry out fermentation in red. After a dozen days it is pulled down and, kept warm, makes malolactic fermentation for natural dehydration. Rests for twenty-four months in small 225 liter barrels; stop for another six months in steel to mix the single barrels and then finally bottled.
