Zeni Schwarzhof Rossara Legiare 2017
A pleasant and captivating medium-bodied wine that recalls the wines produced by our farmers many years ago. Variety cultivated since always in the Campo Rotaliano, in the last thirty years it has been slowly abandoned to leave room for the Teroldego. Currently there is an old vineyard on the town of Mezzolombardo in the Giare area from which we have harvested the grapes of this harvest. We have also taken some stocks to plant new Rossara plants, so that this vine, which is part of the Trentino culture, is not lost.

Colour

Soft ruby red.

Bouquet

Fruity of freshly picked apple with typical scents of wild.

Flavour

Delicately soft, with hints of unripe fruit, slightly tannic.

Pairing

It goes well with mortadella and Trentino lucanica.
