Climate The hot Summer climate with considerable temperature fluctuations and the mild winter climate are the best conditions for the growth of Gewürztraminer. The different altitudes of the vineyard sites contribute to the harmonious and joyful flavour of this wine.
Soil composition The medium-heavy clay soils in Cornaiano, Egna and Mazzon in the Bassa Atesina.
Harvest The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes.
Vinification Gentle pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing Maturation on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Allergens Contains sulphites
