The goddess Tanit replaced ambrosia with the sweet juice of the Zibibbo grape to seduce Apollo. Today, as then, from the best zibibbo grapes, partly dried in the sun, comes Arbaria, a wine for meditation, with a velvety, aromatic and sweet taste. It goes well with blue and spicy cheeses, almond and cassata cakes, typical of the Sicilian tradition.
