Our Non-Vintage Brut 1er Cru Champagne is a blend of wines from different vintages. Being our “Signature Cuvée”, it counts for 80% of our production. By law, Non-Vintage Champagnes have to be aged for 15 months. Ours are matured for at least 4 years after bottling.

Complex to the nose where the ripe and candied fruits are combined with flavors of coffee powder and minerals.
