Thanks to its low sugar content, this Extra Brut Champagne is lively, fresh, and full of the minerality and lightness of a great Champagne. We recommend drinking it for aperitif.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow.
	Bouquet Note of white pulp fruit, enriched with a hint of citrus and hints of yeast.
	Flavour Medium-bodied, balanced and fine, with a sip characterized by a pleasant acid verve, which makes it a slim drink on the palate.
