Harvest	The manual and selected harvest took place from the middle of March to the beginning of April.
Vinification	The alcoholic fermentation was achieved with natural yeast in stainless steel with moderate macerations.
Ageing	The malolactic fermentation was carried out in French oak casks with regular “bâtonnages”. The wine rested in oak for 3 months. The blend was realized in winter and the cold temperatures stabilized it.
