In large oak casks and a further period in the bottle prior to marketing. |
Pairing |
An extremely versatile wine which pairs with Italian dishes, such as mixed appetizers, pasta with sauce, risottos, ravioli, pasta and beans, legume soups, grilled and stewed white meats, and mixed boiled meats. It is also perfect with stewed fish and typical codfish with whole-grain corn flour. |
