Origin The vineyards are located in the towns of Lonato, Peschiera del Garda, Desenzano del Garda and Sirmione, along the southern shore of Lake Garda, on the border between Veneto and Lombardy regions. This area was formerly occupied by the Lugana forest, characterised by an important presence of white and black clays.

Cultivation system Guyot.
Yield per hectare 9,000 kg/h.
Harvest End of September, beginning of October.
Fermentation temperature 16-18 °C
Vinification The vinification processes are aimed to exalt floral, fruity and mineral characteristics that are typical of the grape variety and of the zone of origin. The must is then cold-macerated, pressing is soft and fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18°C.
Ageing In stainless steel with a further period of bottle ageing before marketing.
