It perfectly pairs with typical summer foods: fish appetizers, cold cuts, pasta dishes, tortellini, risottos, soups, fish, and white meats. It is ideal for accompanying "Insalata Caprese" (mozzarella, tomato, and basil), "Prosciutto e melone" (ham with melon) or carpaccio meat. It is excellent with pizza or Spanish paella. |
