Vinification |
Maceration and fermentation in contact with the skins for about 10 days at a temperature between 22 and 28°C. |

In large casks, with further ageing in the bottle before marketing. |
Pairing |
Extremely versatile wine, it goes well with the most typical Italian dishes such as, mixed appetizers, pasta with sauce, risotto, ravioli, pasta and beans, legume soups, grilled and stewed white meats, mixed boiled meats. It also pairs with stewed fish, and "polenta e baccalà", a typical dish from Veneto region based on cod and cornmeal. |
