With the 2020 vintage, together with a small group of producers, the company applies the new Bardolino specification that officially came into force on April 2020, which provides for a set of regulations to enhance the quality of three terroirs. Only those producers who have participated in the project at the moment can put this appellation on their labels showing their commitment to quality production and the typicality of the terroir.

Colour

Bright ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

Delicately fruity and fragrant, with notes of cherry and morello cherry. Notes of spices, particularly black pepper, cloves and ginger. Notes of eucalyptus emerge with time.

Flavour

Dry yet rounded. It is spicy, balanced, and fresh with good drinkability.

Pairing

An extremely versatile wine which pairs with Italian dishes, such as mixed appetizers, pasta with sauce, risottos, ravioli, pasta and beans, legume soups, grilled and stewed white meats, and mixed boiled meats. It is also perfect with stewed fish and typical codfish with whole-grain corn flour.
