History |
The chardonnay, a noble French grape with which the great white wines of Burgundy are produced, and which contributes produce most prestigious Cuvée of famous Champagne, is also grown in Piedmont. The territorial proximity with the area of origin, has meant that the Chardonnay vine arrived in Piedmont during the first half of the nineteenth century. The favorable climate, fresh and ventilated, the beautiful exposures hills and the well-known lands, have contributed to its success. It is a vine of great elegance, which gives white wines with fascinating aromas,endowed with personality and character. Good aging makes it one of the most long-lived whites, capable of evolving. |

Vinification |
The grapes are crushed immediately after harvesting with soft pressing, follows an off-the-skins fer-mentation in stainless Inox steel tanks at a controlled temperature. |

Perfect as an aperitif, it accompanies all dishes based on fish, cold cuts, fresh cheeses and summer menù. |
