Pairing |
It is an extremely versatile wine which pairs well with the typical Italian menu: appetizers, pasta with sauce, risottos, ravioli, pasta and beans, legume soups, grilled and stewed white meats, and mixed boiled meats. It can also be paired with stewed fish or "polenta e baccalà", a typical dish from Veneto based on salted cod and whole grain corn flour. |
