This Brut wine is dedicated to a little bird, the blackcap, which in summer often comes to rest on the leaves of the vineyards behind the farm.

	Perlage Extra-fine with a straw-yellow colour with slightly golden hints.
	Colour Straw yellow with greenish hints.
	Bouquet Fresh yet intense notes of Mediterranean citrus and crisp yellow fruit – cedar, orange, and lemon – give way to more clearly defined aromas such as moss, pennyroyal, and thyme for an almost balsamic fragrance.
	Flavour On the palate, multi-faceted sensations blend beautifully in the body of the wine, with the perfect combination of its signature elements making for a sensual taste experience. A full-bodied Franciacorta wine that maintains its innate elegance and fresh appeal, perfect at mealtimes.
