The vineyards, a few miles from the Gulf of Trieste, enjoy a climate that gives the wines a Mediterranean character, embracing aromas and soft flavours. It is a soft, almost creamy wine that offers pleasant sensations in the mouth. A wine of this structure matches well with Asian cuisine, full of flavours and spices like a Tempura Maki.
