Harvest Between late September and the first decade of October. Grapes all come from the company's Sangiovese vineyards.
Vinification Alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Maceration in stainless steel for about 15 days. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels.
Ageing In barriques, tonneaux and large barrels for about 24-26 months. 6-8 months in the bottle.
