||White charmat method sparkling wine brut
||Ancient vine of Greek - Balkan origin. Because of its very expanded vegetative development, it was tied to support poles called "Falanga" from which it derives the name "Falanghina" that is vine supported by poles. Today this vine is mainly cultivated in Campania in the areas of Sannio Beneventano and Campi Flegrei. It is produced both as a still wine and as a sparkling wine.

||In autoclave 3 months, in bottle for at least 2 months.
||Ideal as an aperitif and with dishes with a fish and crustaceans base.
