This Blanc de Blancs comes from the parcel "Les Roises" located Congy. The vineyards are planted with mass selection, have an age of 60 years. It is sold only an Extra Brut version to maintain the proper expression of terroir.

Ageing	On the lees 30/36 months helps to reinforce the complexity of the wine and fullness of flavor.
