Only Chardonnay grapes from three vineyards in Erbusco have always been the same since 1990. Structure, softness, and elegant freshness express the magnificence of this Satèn.

	Colour Straw yellow with green nuances.
	Bouquet It has fragrances of lime, verbena, kiwi, lily of the valley, and pistachio cream.
	Flavour The taste is very fresh with citrus and slightly almond cedar and lime peel notes.

Soil composition	Hilly soils of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well-exposed, and always ventilated.
Vinification	After a careful selection of bunches and a slight pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place partly in natural oak vats of 32-hl, French oak barriques of 2.25-hl, and in steel respectively.
Ageing	Following lees ageing in spring, the wine spends more than 40 months on the lees, developing a pressure of 4.5 atm along with a creaminess typical of Satèn. After disgorgement, at least 6 months elapse before marketing.
