Tramin Hexenbichler Schiava 2022
Favoured by excellent weather, the harvest in South Tyrol has brought high quality wine grapes: ripe, undamaged, with a sugar content higher than average and good acidity. A harvest of this level has all the credentials to give the 2009 title of "historic vintage", punctuated by high-class labels. White wines in general have very clean flavors, good structure and good flavor. Even red wines, thanks to intense days of sun and dry climate that has characterized the months prior to the collection, touching tips of true excellence.

Colour

Red ruby.

Bouquet

Its bouquet is fresh and fruity and one distinctive feature of this Schiava is its roundness.

Flavour

On the palate this medium-bodied wine recalls red berries and a light aroma of bitter almond. Is marked by a round and persistent finish.

Pairing

This wine is perfect with South-Tyrolean specialties and a must with speck (cured ham) and local cheeses. It also pairs well with poultry, pizza, mushrooms and any kind of mild cheese. Delicious on its own at any time of the day.
