A potpourri of flowers opens the sense of smell, ample and intense: above all, chamomile, wisteria and lily of the valley. Then come fleshy notes of fruit, including pineapple, medlar and a strong citrus sensation of cedar peel and pink grapefruit. Everything, however, rests on an unmistakable, deep, mineral vein, difficult to define if more iodized or more smoky, however suggestive.
Flavour
The sip is a cordial waltz of freshness and flavor, a lasting embrace that drags the taste towards a final even more mineral, exemplary, polite, almond closure.
Appetizers of raw ham from Cormòns or San Daniele, also excellent as an aperitif.
