Mineral-driven nose, with black fruits and notes of star anise and black pepper.

Flavour

Stains the palate with intense, spice-accented blackberry and bitter cherry flavours, developing a sweetness as it opens up. Silky tannins give shape to and grip the long, focused, mineral-accented finish.
