Fermentation temperature 28-30 °C
Vinification Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature between 28-30°C.
Ageing Spontaneous malolactic fermentation and ageing in French oak barriques, tonneaux, and big barrels made of 20% new wood. The wine is bottled after 16-18 months of ageing in wood and 1 month in steel.
