The Classic Method by Terre Cevico is a sparkling process obtained from specially selected Trebbiano grapes. Its second fermentation and long maturation on the lees make this "Metodo Classico" a unique sparkling wine, with a strong character, and a fine perlage.

Production technique	The Classic Method by Terre Cevico is made from the best Trebbiano grapes. The second fermentation and long ageing on yeasts make a unique sparkling wine with a strong identity. The very fine perlage enhances hints of wisteria and hawthorn with notes of bread crust.
Vinification	Trebbiano grapes are hand harvested and pressed entirely with a pneumatic press to extract only the best juice. Fermentation in stainless steel tank for 10 days at 16°C.
Ageing	Second fermentation in bottle and lees ageing for 14 months prior to disgorgement.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Excellent as an apéritif, main courses, and white meats.
