Terlano Pinot Nero Tradition 2023
"On medium-elevation sites of Terlan, and especially on the plateau at Montigl, where the southern exposure and regular evening breezes combine to produce ideal conditions, the grapes grow and mature that produce a very elegant Pinot Noir with interesting berry flavors." (Rudi Kofler, Oenologist)

Colour

Bright red with notes from ruby to cinnabar.

Bouquet

Fresh stimulating nose with an aromatic spectrum ranging from blackberry and bilberry to a hint of cherry brandy with notes of licorice and aromas of undergrowth.

Flavour

On the palate, this Pinot Noir offers a delightful balance between ripe fruit and a delicate tannin structure which gives elegance to this mineral red wine.

Pairing

Perfect with roast goat with mashed celery and carrots, lamb cutlets with herb risotto, or savoury trout with boiled vegetables.
