Tenute Salvaterra Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2015
Amarone Classico has maintained its typicality by bringing out the 'essence of the terroir' of Valpolicella in an essential way without overdoing the residual sugar. This is a product with personality and great structure but also manages to communicate elegance, depth in tasting, and great complexity.

Bouquet

Typical notes of cherry and black currant.

Flavour

In the mouth, it is rich and deep, elegant and powerful at the same time, still young but already very harmonious.

Pairing

Great elegant wine that pairs with savoury dishes, therefore game and red meats in general, and aged cheeses. Also suitable to be enjoyed by itself after a meal.
