Tenute Salvaterra Amarone Classico Cave di Prun Riserva 2012
The Amarone Classico 2007 Riserva Cave di Prun has maintained the typicality that comes from its terroir without exceeding in structure and residual sugar. It is a product with personality and structure, which in tasting has its peculiarities in elegance and refinement rather than power, with a vital complexity.

Bouquet

Spicy with the typical notes of cherry and blackcurrant that blend well with the complexity of the wine.

Flavour

In the mouth it is rich and elegant, deep and balanced at the same time, still young and with good acidity but already very harmonious.

Pairing

Great elegant wine that pairs with savoury dishes, therefore game and red meats in general, and aged cheeses. Also suitable to be enjoyed by itself after a meal.
