Pinot Bianco ghrapes is a white berry mutation of Pinot Nero. The wines obtained in Friuli-Venezia Giulia from these vines are particularly delicate and refined. Great wines, for great connoisseurs.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet

Strong floral scents of green apple and apricot. The nose evolves to notes of ripe and dried fruits and aromatic herbs.

Flavour

It is balanced on the palate between freshness and tastiness, with adequate softness.

It pairs well with starters, vegetable dishes, seafood dishes, and escargot à la Bourguignonne.
