Rosato comes from early harvested Syrah grapes from Pozzo Vecchio vineyard, briefy macerated with the skins and softly pressed to preserve freshness and primary aromas.

Colour

Very pale pink color.

Bouquet

Bright acidity with fresh but delicate aromas of rose, pomegranate, bergamot, and citrus.
