Tedeschi Amarone della Valpolicella Marne 180 2019
This wine is made from grapes harvested in various vineyards located on the hills of Valpolicella (hills of Mezzane and Tregnago). The different origin of the different grape varieties is important in order to obtain well-balanced wines, with good structure that only some individual areas of Valpolicella can give.

Colour

Intense ruby with a light amber nail. Clear and transparent.

Bouquet

Notes of vanilla and ethereal, linked to the period of aging in cask; notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries, cherries linked to grape varieties.

Flavour

Robust structure, round and warm sensation. The wine is well balanced. The retro-olfation confirms the notes on the nose. It is a long and persistent wine.

Pairing

Meat
Cheese
Matured cheese
