Antisa is the wait, full of expectations and plans, dreams and trust. It is our Catarratto, of the most ancient and common type, typical of our land, but less widespread today. At Regaleali it has been cultivated up to 900 meters above sea level for a typical aromatic quality with a note of pink grapefruit.
