Origin	Paretaio Vineyard, placed nearby the cellar (400 m on the level sea). The Pian di Conte Brunello is produced only the excellent vintages from a meticulous selection of the grapes.
Soil composition	Sandy topsoil with abundant rocks
Production technique	Temperature controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation for 20-25 days in stainless steel tanks (24-26°C). The 50% of the wine is aged for 36 months in French oak tonneau (500 lt) and the rest 50% in Slavonian oak barrel (15-25 Hl). Before release, the wine is bottle-aged for at least 12 months.
