The Tauber estate extends over 2.5 hectares from the ruins of Pfeffersburg Castle to the village of Tschötsch-Scezze. From the very first vintages, original results were achieved, wines with a strong fruity bouquet and distinct exotic notes. The winegrower himself is looking forward to the next ones: the decision to limit cultivation to varieties such as Kerner, Sylvaner and Riesling ensures that the quality of production can be strictly controlled.
