Still conti di buscareto wines

The name of the company comes from that of a family that, for two centuries, prevailed in these lands in the Middle Ages. By Ghibelline faith the Buscareto often rebelled against the wishes of the Sacred Roman Church and paid off the consequences disappearing altogether around the fifteenth century. To the master builder Ammazzaconte Buscareto, the first to be able to enjoy the noble title in spite of the obvious contradiction inherent in the name, is today dedicated to the Verdicchio of the tip. The story of the current company, however, goes into the third millennium, is born, in fact, by the will of two IT entrepreneurs, Enrico Giacomelli and Claudio Gabellini with the passion for wine. Once the vineyards and cellars of an old farm have been discovered, the new management has invested heavily in modernizing the agricultural and oenological sectors. Over one hundred hectares, of which 70 are vitally divided into three plots. The most important is that of Ripalta d'Arcevia, on the north side of the Esino Valley, entirely dedicated to Verdicchio. Montepulciano and Sangiovese thrive between the area of Monte San Vito and Camerata Picena. From Cartoceto's design and partly from that of Monte San Vito, I finally get the olives with which two different extra virgin oils are produced. The company is constantly working to maintain high quality standards. In recent years, climatic conditions have severely affected production.
