St. Michael Eppan Muller Thurgau 2017
Crystal-clear with a deep, green-yellow colour, this wine enjoys a unique type of aromatic fullness. Delicate hay and mild nutmeg fragrances typify the fine completeness of its scent. Sensations also recur on the palate, where the carming nature of this Müller Thurgau also comes to fruition. an uncomlicated wine in a simple style, fresh and easy to drink. Served chilled, it is a good accompaniment to the most varied of dishes, especially freshwater fash.

Colour

Beautiful wine from the yellow color paglierino with tenuous green glares.

Bouquet

The nose is clean, from the extraordinary aromatic bouquet, truly archetipico of this cultivar, where they are picked distinguished, in succession, notes of capsicum green and sambuco, dry hay and salvia, and then ortica, it points out agrumati and of white peach. Intense, but not overbearing.

Flavour

In mouth it is a wine of good body, with good gustativa persistence and pleasant softly. Its best expresses it to the wine but to the taste, with a made extreme calibrated acidity, of a good persistence and concentration, a nerbo sapido, perfectly balanced. The much beautiful and pleasant closing played on notes of bitter almond, for a wine that indeed appears dry and " nearly carnoso" as it loves to introduce it the producer.
