Cesare was born into a peasant family. The maternal grandfather supplied the inhabitants of Tione di Trento every morning with freshly milked milk, while the paternal family dedicated itself to animal husbandry and fruit growing. However, the real turning point is the decision of the uncles and the father to implement an ambitious project of territorial and environmental recovery focused on the restoration of the area historically suited to viticulture. The same was in a state of semi-abandonment due to the post-war migration waves. The construction of a modern and rational vineyard began.
During his high school years, he spent his free time helping in the vineyard with increasing commitment, while at the university the dream of opening his own Spumante House was born in him. Over time he understands that the grapes produced and kissed by the sun in such a generous territory are rare and precious and must be reserved for a high level production of which the Metodo Classico sparkling wine is an expression of excellence.
In 2012 Cesare acquires the family vineyards and begins the sparkling of their grapes by founding the Maison LEVII. The intent is to bring the qualitative excellence of LEVII sparkling wines in the world, to tell the territory and to get the benefits that go beyond the company, positively impacting the local socio-economic context.
