Monprivato is a small area in the town of Castiglione Falletto, considered one of the most important areas in the entire Barolo production land.

Rich, ample, and persistent with hints of licorice, mint, and sensations of ripe fruit. Floral hints and tobacco exalt the bottle-ageing aromas.

Vinification	Grapes are destemmed and crushed, with the fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with long submerged-cap maceration for 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the vintage. Natural malolactic fermentation occurs at a temperature of 20°C. Final storage in stainless steel between 2 and 4 months.
Ageing	24 months in Slavonian oak barrels with the following refinement between 4-6 months in stainless steel and a minimum of six months in the bottle.
