Harvest	By hand. The whole bunches were gently pressed in pneumatic presses.
Vinification	The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at around 14-16°C with specially selected yeast strains to ensure optimal fruitiness and freshness in the wine. Careful tastings determine the final composition of the Rosé before the different cuvées are skilfully blended to obtain the most refined and fruity wine.
Ageing	The bottles are then aged in the company's chill and dark cellars for at least 15 months, adding layers of yeasty complexity to the delicious red berry flavours.
