	Perlage Very fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	Bouquet Very characteristic and elegant with clear fruity notes of apple and white flesh fruit.
	Flavour On the palate it is creamy, with a pleasantly acidulous and fruity aftertaste that recalls the same scents perceived on the nose. Delicate mineral note on the finish and good persistence.
