Character trait of this particular vintage sparkling wine is the exuberant bouquet, which is poured out also to the flavor with notes of flowers and white fruit. Its fresh acidity, softened by a seductive sweetness remaining invites to the pleasure of drinking nice and disengaged.

	Perlage Autoclave (Charmat) with 50 days fermentation at low temperature (14 ° C).
	Colour Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Abundant froth and evanescent. Very fine and persistent.
	Bouquet Intense and elegant, reminiscent of the wildflowers, wisteria and green apple.
	Flavour Delicate, pleasantly acidulous, fruity. The seductive amiability residual stresses aromatic richness.

Pairing

Sparkling wine very outgoing, ideal companion for a drink, the chats in good company. Excellent with desserts.
