The wine's name (Scabi) by the word of an old "jargon" Rimini meaning "good wine."

Colour

Deep ruby red color with violet hues.

Bouquet

The nose emerge fruity notes of plum, currant, raspberry and red rose.

Soil composition	Clay soils with a strong presence of limestone.

Vinification	The must obtained is sent for alcoholic spontaneous fermentation without using selected yeasts. This stage, carried out in stainless steel vats lasts for about 10-12 days at a temperature of 26 °C during which they are carried out frequent delestages and daily pumping.
Ageing	After malolactic fermentation, the wine is moved in barrels of second and third passage French oak 400 liter where it remains for six months. Further aging in bottle for at least 3 months.
