San Simone Pinot Grigio Ramato Case Sugan 2020
Pinot Grigio as it was traditionally made in the 70s in Friuli region, leaving it to macerate on the skins for a night. It not only changes the color, which becomes coppery, onion skin, but also the "juice." It undoubtedly has more character than the Pinot Grigio we are used to. More decisive and evolved aromatic notes already in the young wine: apricot, full-bodied and light tannins that makes it particularly suitable to accompany oily fish and fried food.

Colour

Enticing coppery color, with highlights between copper color and that of the onion peel.

Bouquet

Intense and persistent that ranges from red currants and raspberries to notes of roses and pomegranate.

Flavour

Enveloping and soft with fruity and slightly tannic finish.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood and white meat entrées.
