Harvest	By hand, with small plastic crates. The grapes are crushed and destemmed at 4°C and cryomacerated for 6 hours.
Vinification	Soft pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing	In stainless steel tanks for about 8 months.
