||Residual red soil with a fine texture and calcareous substrate, sparse rocky outcrops and intense presence of iron oxides.
||Second half of September. The grapes, in an advanced state of ripeness, are harvested by hand.
||Maceration takes place for 18 days on 80% of the mass and for 25 days on 20%, with indigenous yeasts selected in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26 °C.
||In French and American barriques for 12 months.
||Robust first courses, red meat and game. Meditation wine.
