Flavour

In the mouth, it is full-bodied, soft but balanced, supported by young but smooth tannins and discreet acidity. The finish is rather long, with persistent hints of plums and small red berries.

Harvest	The grapes were harvested between mid-September and mid-October.
Fermentation temperature	26-28 °C
Vinification	Alcoholic fermentation, aided by racking and punching down, lasted for 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26/28°C. The post-fermentation maceration on the skins continued for another 4 days.
Ageing	Following racking, malolactic fermentation took place, and the wine was then aged in steel.
