Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

Intense and wide bouquet: violet and withered flowers, red fruit and cherry in alcohol, accents of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Flavour

Powerful, sapid, balanced, it fades slowly with fruity initials to which are added notes of almond and cherry.

Pairing

Excellent combined with stewed Florentine, or for those who want to try it with the Puzzone di Moena and dried apricots.
