With "Triusco", Rivera interprets the Primitivo grape variety. Perhaps, it is the most popular variety in Apulia today, trying to balance the extreme intensity of aromas and concentration on the palate with a dense tannic structure and fresh acidity.

Very full-bodied, warm and soft in the mouth with notes of plum, currant jam and chocolate.

Ageing	It takes place for 8-9 months in vitrified concrete vats to maintain the freshness and typicality of the grape variety. After blending the wines, harmony is achieved after a further 2-3 months of ageing before bottling. Bottle ageing before marketing lasts 6 months.
